Faith

Assalamualaikum beautiful people,

I hope you are all in the best of health and Imaan and you are all working hard and getting ready for a year full of productivity, a year you will achieve your best and reach your goals. Now that I have started with this introduction I feel like it should be a post on making the most of the academic year and getting the grades but I will leave that for the following post (hopefully I have that out this weekend or early next week, Inshallah).

Anyways todays topic is about having faith, having faith in yourself, having faith in your family and most importantly having faith in Allah. Primarily I do want to speak about having faith in Allah but it is also important to have faith in those around you especially if you are dependent on them or they are dependent on you.

So, let’s get right into it shall we. Having faith in yourself is key, you have to trust yourself, you have to believe in yourself, you got to have faith in yourself. It is very important to tell yourself that you can do it and you will achieve when you set out to do something, even if everyone else tells you that you can’t, just ignore them and get on with it. I know that sounds a little bit harsh but you need to be first priority in your life (besides Allah and of course your family should be somewhere near you too). You will never succeed if you tell yourself you are going to fail even before you start!

The main people besides yourself that you should have faith in is the people that you depend on, you have to convince yourself that they will provide for you and that they will always be there for you no matter what happens. Believe me your family are the ones who are going to always be there for you, your mother loves you more than anyone or anything in the entire world! You have to have faith and trust in them, trust is a key element in every relationship, without trust there really is no relationship. And if you have people depending on you, you need to have faith in them too, they look up to you, you are their role model and you have to believe in them and have faith that they will do the right thing and go in the right direction.

And finally, and most importantly you need to have faith in Allah, without having faith in Allah you will be lost, you won’t have any direction… any drive. You need to have faith in someone, you have to rely on someone, you have to trust that there is something or someone out there that only wants the best for you even when things aren’t as going to your plan you still have faith that Allah is your protector and he is still watching out for you and only has your best interests at heart! You have to have faith in Allah it is not only going to benefit us in the hereafter but it will benefit us now inshallah.

Hope you guys enjoyed this post inshallah. I pray Allah allows us to always keep faith in him and bring us closer to him, Ameen.
